PPM Services

Drug Free Workplace Training and Policy Development
PPM offers Drug Free Workplace Training to employer groups who are working towards maintaining a safer and more productive work force. PPM’s Drug Free Workplace training program is in full compliance with the Bureau of Workers Compensation’s premium discount program. Training is provided by experts who specialize in alcohol and drug addiction. PPM also offers assistance to employer groups, in the establishment and implementation of a Drug Free Workplace policy, tailored to meet the unique needs of your particular organization.

Substance Abuse Evaluations (SAP) and DOT Training
PPM offers Substance Abuse Evaluations and Trainings, for DOT-mandated employees, provided by qualified Substance Abuse Professionals. Noncompliance with DOT’s rules and regulations can cost employers thousands of dollars. In order to avoid DOT fines, it is imperative for drivers and supervisors to clearly understand the complexity of DOT’s rules and regulations. PPM can assist in keeping your organization aware of and current with DOT’s alcohol and drug laws.

Critical Incident Stress Debriefings (CISD’s)
A Critical Incident is defined as an unexpected, traumatic event which disrupts and impacts the performance of work groups. These may include:

  • Workplace violence
  • External threats or actual harm in the workplace, such as bank robberies, bombs or fires
  • Natural disasters
  • Serious illness or death of a coworker
  • Circumstances requiring emergency medical assistance at the work site

Handling trauma and loss in the workplace is extremely challenging to any organization. Our team of professional employee assistance clinicians is prepared to promptly respond to workplace trauma at your work site. We genuinely care when our customers experience work site crises.
