Partners for Peace of Mind EAP’s team of professional clinicians is well aware that life can become more stressful and complicated, each day. Typically, most people are able to confront life’s challenges and cope with problems which face them, ultimately resolving their own issues. Sometimes, however, people face painful issues in life, which are too complicated to handle by themselves. Solving those problems, without help, can be just too difficult for many people. Simply finding the time to seek help, seems like an overwhelming task!

Partners for Peace of Mind EAP wants you to know that we are here to help your employees and their families. We are skilled in accomplishing this goal in a compassionate, prompt and solution-focused way. And, we are here to assist in making the lives of your employees and their families, happier and healthier. Further, we are here to help management and human resource professionals, utilize our program to its fullest extent, to make their jobs easier, as well.

Partners for Peace of Mind EAP realizes that every organization has special and unique needs. We provide a variety of employee assistance models from which to choose, in an attempt to personalize your Employee Assistance Program. Services for assessment, problem resolution, and referrals are provided at no cost to the employee or their families. We will assist the employee in locating services which will work in conjunction with his/her health insurance plan, should needs warrant more extensive or specialized services than their EAP model provides.

Partners for Peace of Mind’s EAP Models:

ASSESS & REFER MODEL (1 to 3 SESSIONS)

  • Offers confidential assessment, short-term counseling, and referral (if necessary) by Licensed Professional Counselors, Social Workers, Psychologists, and Certified Employee Assistance Professionals.
  • Unlimited access to EAP counseling services.
  • Unlimited management/human resource consultation.
  • Unlimited Critical Incident Stress Debriefings.
  • Supervisory and employee orientations and training.
  • Quarterly utilization reports.
  • 24 hour, 7 day a week availability of telephonic “live” crisis counselors and social workers.
  • Evening and 'after-hours' appointment availability.

STANDARD EAP MODEL (1 to 5 SESSIONS)

  • Offers confidential assessment, short-term counseling, and referral (if necessary) by Licensed Professional Counselors, Social Workers, Psychologists, and Certified Employee Assistance Professionals.
  • Unlimited access to EAP counseling services.
  • Unlimited management/human resource consultation.
  • Unlimited Critical Incident Stress Debriefings.
  • Supervisory and employee orientations and training.
  • Quarterly utilization reports.
  • 24 hour, 7 day a week availability of telephonic “live” crisis counselors and social workers.
  • Two topical seminars per year (Drug-Free Workplace, Stress Management, Conflict Resolution, etc…). We will tailor seminars to meet your organization’s particular needs.
  • Evening and “after-hours” appointment availability.

EXTENDED EAP MODEL (1 to 8 SESSIONS)

Our Extended Model offers the same features as our Standard EAP Model (1 to 5 Sessions), with the ability to increase the number of sessions available to the employee and/or household members. The primary benefit of this model is that the EAP Counselor is allotted three additional sessions, to explore an employee’s concerns in greater detail and likely avoid the need for a referral to outpatient mental health therapy.

FEE-FOR-SERVICE EAP MODEL “pay as you go”

While we encourage you to thoroughly review this option with your Partners for Peace of Mind EAP sales representative, as it is typically not as cost-effective for an employer, we understand that you need an awareness of every available resource. In an attempt to tailor everything you need for your organization, we offer a Fee-for-Service arrangement.

A variety of Service Agreements are available on a non-capitated (no contract) basis. Our Fee-for-Service Model allows for our EAP products to be purchased on an as-needed basis. Payment is either received prior to service delivery or invoices are submitted on a monthly basis.
