Partners for Peace of Mind EAP is locally owned and operated. Our corporate office is conveniently located in historical Springboro, Ohio, between Dayton and Cincinnati. We also service the needs of our non-local organizations in a variety of other locations, nationally.
Our employee assistance services are provided by experts in the employee assistance field, who are independently licensed and/or credentialed in their state. All of our employee assistance providers minimally hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, and/or Psychology or a related field and undergo a comprehensive, personal interview, prior to gaining status as a PPM employee assistance provider.
If your organization is located outside of the current service area listed below, PPM has a wealth of employee assistance resources available and will gladly accommodate the needs of your company by establishing additional employee assistance sites, staffed with employee assistance professionals, to meet the unique needs of your particular organization.
