About Us
Partners for Peace of Mind EAP is a team of Employee Assistance Professionals, who provide employee and workplace services in a variety of organizational settings with a diverse group of employee populations, including, but not limited to: governmental, industrial, healthcare, and transportation companies. Our corporate offices are located in Springboro, Ohio; mid-way between Dayton and Cincinnati. While we primarily service the needs of Ohio and Kentucky-based organizations, we have the ability and resources to provide the same superior level of employee assistance services, in all areas of the country. Our affiliate team of Licensed Clinical Counselors, Social Workers, Psychologists, and Certified Employee Assistance Professionals has superior skills in addressing a wide array of work-related issues with employees and management/human resource representatives. All of our Employee Assistance Providers hold a minimum of a Masters Degree in Chemical Dependency Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
